Secured Loans

A secured loan or as they are sometimes known a Homeowner loan allow you to borrow larger sums of money normally at better rates than unsecured loans over a longer period.

These loans are secured normally against your residential home or investment property and can be obtained for any legal purpose subject of course to eligibility.

These loans are normally available for amounts between £5000 and £250000 and the terms available are typically 5-25 years. Loans can run past your 75th birthday subject to criteria.

Loans can be offered on a fixed or variable basis but it is worth remembering that in most cases early repayment charges may apply to repay these loans early and as the loans are secured against your property if you fail to pay then the property could be repossessed
